An Exterior of Character
Hamptons’ architecture is defined by the harmonious orchestration of materials and forms. This articulation is further enhanced and celebrated by the selection of textures including glazed brickwork, textured and patterned concrete, alongside steel and timber features. The building’s first floor facade is designed to almost float above the ground, presenting a strong horizontal elevation and great geometric composition.
Open and Private Spaces
The homes achieve the perfect balance between open plan living and private settings. Hamptons’ bathrooms and bedrooms are designed to make preparing for the day or unwinding at the end of one all too easy, featuring lush carpeting and grand tiles for that extra level of luxurious comfort. Bedrooms open up onto balcony areas where residents have the option of controlling their level of privacy and sun shading through operable sliding screens, making for a building that is highly functional while remaining timelessly elegant.
The apartments’ floor layouts are designed to harness natural light and maximise ventilation, which flows through spaces taking shape through a neutral material palette – allowing residents to decorate their homes without the restrictions of bold colourings. Timber floorboards base the common areas, while stone benchtops and chrome tapware are found through the kitchens and bathrooms.
